| Business Development Manager (B2B) // Manchester // Perm // c£30k + Commission Instinct’s client is a payroll service provider based in Manchester, who has enjoyed rapid growth during the last 18 months. To continue this development, they are now seeking an experience business to business (B2B) sales professional to work closely with the Client Director. This role is to develop new commercial relationships with UK based clients to promote the services and products that the company provide. This is strategic, consultative sales process and will target key senior business stakeholders to build relationships on which to deliver the services of the company. Applicants for this business development role should be seasoned business to business (B2B) Sales professionals and have the following skills and experience: // Proven sales track record // Ability to network at senior levels // Ability to articulate complex legislation // Understand the key drivers of clients // Proven and strong negotiation skills // Understanding & appreciation of how IT systems can add value // Demonstrable record of achieving against target We would welcome applications from Sales Professionals / Business Development Managers that have sold within a consultative B2B environment such as; professional services, payroll solutions, software solutions, financial services or similar.
