| Telecoms Sales Manager in Brentwood, Essex required ASAP! £30k safety net basic, £75k OTE, company car, expenses, other benefits! We are seeking an experienced Manager to run a small team of sales staff for a dynamic, forward thinking company. The role is field based and will involve selling Toshiba and Avaya telecoms packages to the SME market through appointments that have been booked and qualified by the telemarketing team. Whilst the telecoms market continues to flourish, this will be a challenging role and involves building a new team to generate additional revenue streams for the business. This new venture will complement an already existing team, in a well established business and has high growth levels forecast for 2011. Your role will be field based 4 days a week and will involve selling to targets as well as motivating your team to hit their individual targets. You will be responsible for the growth, development and training of your sales team so you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and managing small teams to successfully hit targets. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, experienced salesperson, confident, outgoing, motivational and statistically minded. Using all of these skills you will be responsible for the success of the team hitting target and will be remunerated on this basis, as well the commissions you earn from your own sales. There is a significant earning potential for this role! Telecoms experience is not essential but will obviously be a great advantage.
