| PROPERTY INSPECTOR - BURY ST. EDMUNDS SALARY £15,000 p.a. Our client is an established charity organisation which works to prevent homelessness in the East Anglian region. They offer a link and supporting network for those most in need of housing and those with the ability to provide housing stock through the private sector. A Property Inspector, based in Diss, is required to review properties and promote the service offered by the charity. This is a field-based role, the working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The position is envisaged to carry the use and fuel of a company car. Duties include :- Initial presentation to landlords of the Charity service, once identified by the marketing team. Inspection of potential properties. Operate a diary to inspect properties throughout South Norfolk and Suffolk. Update inspection reports and issues on-line. Reporting to the Housing Manager. Inspection of repairs and damage issues. Meeting landlords to sign leases. To apply for this role you must have some experience in a similar field with some evidence of past success. You must have a full driving licence with less than 6 points (codes SP, TS, and PC considererd) A good working knowledge of the area is essential.
