The Candidate …you must have experience in mass sampling campaigns. The Account Director's key role is to execute the strategic plan of each account, manage exceptional implementation, identify and progress strategic development and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospect clients. This Account Director role would suit someone who's not only an excellent account handler but an intelligent strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial flair. You will need to have proven experience in financial management, team management and successful multiple account management. This role will need to be taken on by someone who has a wealth of industry experience that will be used to not only continue to drive the agency forward, but also to inspire, motivate and develop more junior members of the agency. It's crucial that you're a team player who's prepared to go the extra mile and put in the hard graft where it's needed. This is not a role for the faint hearted. Ultimately, the successful candidate will not only be enthusiastic about their work but excellent at what they do. You'll be responsible for managing and leading the team to ensure that consistently great work is delivered to the client at all times.
