| DERBY FINANCIAL SERVICES are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their successful and expanding team. They have introducers and clients throughout the East Midlands and are looking for an advisor to cover this area. This opportunity would ideally suit a candidate with experience and a proven record of accomplishment from within the financial services industry. Experience of an Estate Agency environment would be preferred but not essential. You will need qualifications CF1 & CF6 or CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 to advise on mortgages and CF3, RO5 or CeFA 3 to advise on protection. You will also have already achieved competent status for at least 3 months The successful applicant will be responsible for giving independent advice and making recommendations on mortgages and insurances products from the whole of the market. You either will be meeting clients, at one of the Company's offices or in the client’s home or workplace and you will have the flexibility to control your own diary or have the company book your appointments for you. Admin support is provided so that once your file is completed the case is handed to the team who will then process it through to completion. This will free up your time to move onto the next case without worrying about time consuming chasing for updates from clients, lenders and insurance companies. Leads will be provided from the Company’s radio advertising as well as various other sources. In addition to this, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a pro-active attitude to both networking and lead generating. An existing client bank will be an advantage but not essential. The applicant will be required to have good communication and people skills, an excellent phone manner, be computer literate, a full UK driving licence and an excellent work ethic. This is a self-employed vacancy and the company is looking for someone with a desire to work hard and receive lucrative uncapped commission earnings.
