| Store Manager Brentwood £18,000 We are looking for a Store Manager to work for a well known high street clothing store. Your responsibilities will be to maximise your business profitability by optimising sales opportuntiies whilst working within planned costs. You will be required to manage the day to day operation of the store, and to deliver excellent customer service through staff training and personal example. Principal accountabilities: - Proactively plan for sales budget achievement and take remedial action as necessary - Monitor record and communicate sales performance - Identify and propose opportunity for further sales development - Maintain awareness of costs in line with sales and proactively plan to make effective use of available budgets to maximise profits - Ensure sales floor layouts reflects company guidelines - Maintain visual merchandising standards - Optimise stock levels are maintained on the sales floor - Plan and implement local marketing events - Administration - Implement and maintain housekeeping routines - Personally deliver good customer service and awareness at all times - Recruitment You will demonstrate previous retail experience and a minimum of 12 months supervisory or management experience |
